SWIM LESSONS

Pike - Participants adjust to the water and develop independant movement.  Designed for new swimmers teaching basic stroke and kicking skills, floating, pool safety and placing their faces in the water.  The use of floatation devices aid the beginning steps of swimming.

Polliwog - Beginner level for those uncomfortable or inexperienced in the water.  Teaches basic water skill including gliding with face in the water, floating and kicking as well as basic arm movements.

WATER FITNESS CLASSES

These classes combine aerobics with muscles strengthening using some equipment in the water to give the resistance that is needed to give a complete and full body workout.  Knowing how to swim is not required to participate in this class.  See the schedule for class days and times.

OPEN SWIM

Bring your family and come hang out in the pool for recreational swimming.
